December 09, 2008 Board Meeting Agenda Item #30 Title ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE VENICE HIGH SCHOOL - WELLNESS CENTER PROJECT Description The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list.  The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.  A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Construction Services Department.
